What is the difference between Authentic-Self Mindset & Conditioned-Self Mindset ? Do I have them both? If you are human, the answer is YES.
That voice inside of you that is Light, Happy, Joyous, Creative, Loving, Supportive, and Fun is the Authentic-Self, the Divine You that you were born as.
The voice inside of you that judges yourself and others, saying you aren't good enough, or you aren't capable, or you aren't deserving is your Conditioned-Self. The Conditioned-Self is man-made, by YOU, while you were growing up, in response to outside influences.
Because the Conditioned-Self has been in control for so long, the Conditioned-Self is a very strong habit that many of us don't even notice is present until we do some personal growth work. Negative feelings come from Negative Thoughts and Negative Thoughts are generated by the Conditioned-Self. The DI Process shines the light on the Conditioned-Self, which alone, starts to dissipate it's power.
The process also helps us to come up with ways to be in your Authentic Self daily, and to be able to shift out of the Conditioned-Self mindset when it takes over.
The more we live from our joyful, Authentic Self, the more we establish a new habit of living at a higher vibration, creating joy in our daily lives, and in the lives of those we touch.
