The famous Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, Carl Jung is quoted as saying, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."

The tricky thing about the unconscious is that while it is responsible for 90-95% of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, it operates below our awareness, so it quite literally directs our lives though we are not aware of it's presence.

How it Works

When we are born, our minds are like a clean slate, an unwritten story, full of possibility. As we grow and experience life, we put "programs" into place that act as blueprints for our lives.  This happens naturally as we absorb the world around us, making connections and storing information about how to survive and get our needs met.

These programs are shortcuts for our brains to conserve time and energy.  We don't have teach ourselves how to walk each day, or brush our teeth, or type, even. The same goes for fire - we have already stored in our minds that fire is hot and that we should avoid touching it.  We don't have to think much about it or use trial and error, possibly burning ourselves to re-learn this lesson.

These programs are GREAT and HELPFUL for us!

However, as we grow and learn, we also pick up some not-so-helpful programs that may have helped us out in school, at home, at church, or in society when we were kids, but as adults, creating the life we want, these programs, still in place, can hold us back.

For example, a bully in school may have taught us to comply with his demands back in 2nd grade and some part of us may still believe we have to comply with the demands of bossy or angry people.  Or a parent may have said, "I don't want to hear it" when we tried to share how we feel and some inner part of us now stifles our voice whenever we want to share our feelings with our partner or loved ones, making it hard to truly connect.  A subconscious fear of failure or feeling of unworthiness may manifest as procrastination or avoidance of what we need to do to move forward.

From here, we likely think the world around us is responsible for the conditions we don't like - mean people, the hard-to-talk-to spouse, terrible bosses, never enough time - but it's really our "programs" calling forth the world as we see it.

The ancient principle states, "As within, so without"; our outer life is a reflection of our inner world.

The tricky thing about this is that we have been living our lives through the lense of these programs for so long, we no longer see them. They have become "how life is" or "how I am".

When we accept that we are this way or life is that way, we can end up settling for what is OR we may mistakenly try to change the world around us instead of changing what really needs to be changed - our programming.

Every person has their own particular combination of "ingredients" that make up their lense for life, therefore every person's life experience is different.  This is why one person can be happily single, while another person thinks being single is a sign of failure.  This is why one person is excited to go to a social function, while another may feel anxious or scared.

When we outgrow the usefulness of our subconscious programming, it will begin to sabotage our lives.  This can look like any of the following:
~ procrastination
~ being afraid to share how you really feel

~ playing small

~ not really putting yourself "out there" in relationships, business, or socially
~ negative relationships

~ thinking there is something wrong with you (or any negative thoughts about yourself)

~ thinking you have to behave in a certain way to be accepted

~ any negative life patterns
~ feeling like you don't know how to move forward

~ can't do the things that will move your life forward

~ and more

Any area of life where we feel stuck or unsatisfied, subconscious programming is the likely culprit.

Subconscious Healing and Reprogramming

THIS is where Subconscious Healing and Reprogramming comes in.  We are so fortunate to live in a time where the knowledge of how to really heal our subconscious mind is available to us.

We can uncover our "secretly hidden" limitations to fully understand why we have been getting what we've been getting our whole lives.  Then, we can choose to keep what's working for us and CHANGE the rest!

Isn't this exciting!?  We really can CHANGE OUR FATE!!

Hi, I'm Melissa.

It's nice to "meet" you!

I am a life-long learner who is passionate about life, happiness, and CHANGING MY MIND
TO CHANGE MY LIFE!

I began this journey into my mind over twenty years ago on a quest to find true happiness and
fulfillment.  Before embarking upon this journey, I was on a path to disaster. I believed people
were mean, life had to be hard, and I was doomed to be unhappy.

Luckily, I found a path that started with meditation and has brought me to where I am now - happily creating the life I desire day in and day out, surrounded by like-minded people who intrigue and inspire me. I know how I created the evidence that life was hard, and I know how to create evidence that life can be GREAT - and it IS!

Along my way, I've received many certifications in life coaching, spiritual life coaching, ThetaHealing, rapid subconscious reprogramming, and more.

Everything I've learned has been in an effort to find the methods that ACTUALLY WORK to change my mind and therefore MY LIFE.

Now, I help people all over the world to change their life's trajectory, bringing the unconscious to the conscious and healing that which is in the way to their deepest desires.

What took me over 20 years to accomplish, I can teach you in 4 short months.  What are those beautiful dreams you have? How long have you been struggling to achieve them?

TESTIMONIALS

"Melissa was such a wonderful coach and knowledgeable about this process . I admired that she was very transparent and supportive through the experience . I would certainly take another class with her in the near future. The process itself was eye opening for me, it really catapulted me to the next level in my spiritual
journey. I still use most of the tools I learned in every day life and the
knowledge shared is so valuable to really stepping into your own power."
